SADAB performs advanced licensed welding for gas and process piping with short setup times and high precision. We are experts in everything from TIG and orbital welding to butt and electrofusion welding. In addition to the welding work itself, we support our customers with engineering, design, product development, welding support, and project management, as well as follow-up service and maintenance.

Licensed Steel Welding
Pipe welding in carbon steel (material group 1.1) and stainless steel (8.1). Performed with welding tests in accordance with ISO 9606-1 for TIG (141) and MMA (111).
Plastic Welding (PE)
Butt and electrofusion welding for gas and water and sewer systems. Certified workmanship in accordance with welding test EWF 581-01 for PE plastic.
Workshop & Prefabrication
An in-house welding shop covering 300 square meters in Täby for the manufacture and prefabrication of piping systems prior to on-site installation.
Forging Work
Custom forgings and steel structures for industrial facilities, fasteners, and piping systems.
Service vehicles for fieldwork

Full traceability and non-destructive testing (NDT)
We provide complete documentation, including material certificates and welding data sheets, and perform non-destructive testing (e.g., X-ray, ultrasonic, penetrant, and magnetic particle testing).

Certified welding is performed by personnel who have passed a welding certification exam, which guarantees their practical and theoretical competence for the respective material group and ensures compliance with the requirements of the applicable EN standard.
Yes, all work is performed in accordance with qualified welding procedures (WPQR) and is accompanied by complete welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welding logs to ensure full traceability of the work performed.
We do both. To reduce setup and installation times at your facility, we often prefabricate pipe sections at our workshop in Täby. Our certified welders then perform final assembly and field welding on-site at your location.
